Renesas' wide selection of voltage reference (Vref) circuits offers accurate and stable reference voltages unaffected by external influences such as variation in temperature, input voltage and time.
Renesas offers a wide range of precision voltage references in both Floating Gate Array™ (FGA™) and Band-gap technology. Renesas' revolutionary FGA voltage reference circuits are not dependent on the voltage produced by a silicon junction. FGA technology produces extraordinary accurate and stable reference voltages by storing a precise charge on a floating gate cell that is essentially unaffected by external influences such as variation in temperature, input voltage and time. Standard voltage reference performance is pushed to unprecedented highs with a portfolio of products that feature the highest accuracy and stability in the industry—and at power consumption that is undeniably the lowest in the industry.
The ISL21010 is a precision, low dropout micropower bandgap voltage reference in a space-saving SOT-23 package. It operates from a single 2.2V to 5.5V supply (minimum voltage is dependent on voltage option) and provides a ±0.2% accurate reference. The ISL21010 provides up to 25mA output current sourcing with low 150mV dropout voltage.
The ISL21070 voltage references are analog voltage references featuring low supply voltage operation at ultra-low 25µA max operating current. Additionally, the ISL21070 family features guaranteed initial accuracy as low as ±0.2% and 30ppm/°C temperature coefficient. These references are ideal for general purpose applications for performance at a lower cost.
The ISL21080 analog voltage references feature low supply voltage operation at ultra-low 310nA typ, 1.5µA max operating current. Additionally, the ISL21080 family features guaranteed initial accuracy as low as ±0.2% and 50ppm/°C temperature coefficient.
The ISL21090 is an ultra-low noise, high DC accuracy precision voltage reference with a wide input voltage range. The ISL21090 uses Renesas' advanced bipolar technology to achieve sub 1.0µVP-P (1.25V option) 0.1Hz to 10Hz noise with an initial voltage accuracy of 0.02% (2.5V option).
The ISL60002 FGA voltage references are very high precision analog voltage references fabricated on Renesas' proprietary Floating Gate Analog technology and feature low supply voltage operation at ultra-low 350nA operating current. Additionally, the ISL60002 family features guaranteed initial accuracy as low as ±1.0mV and 20ppm/°C temperature coefficient. The initial accuracy and temperature stability performance of the ISL60002 family, plus the low supply voltage and 350nA power consumption, eliminates the need to compromise thermal stability for reduced power consumption making it an ideal companion to high resolution, low power data conversion systems.
The X60003 FGA voltage references is a very high precision analog voltage reference fabricated in Renesas' proprietary Floating Gate Analog technology, which achieves superior levels of performance when compared to conventional band gap, buried zener or XFET™ technologies.
