简介

智能终端后备供电系统输入电压范围宽,从 4.5V 到 40V,输出范围为 1A 到 20A。 可采用超级电容器来取代传统电池(存在电解液泄漏等缺陷)作为后备电源。 在该解决方案产品中,升降压控制器可运行与降压、升压、升降压模式下,支持双向 CC/CV 模式,完全可以取代友商的分体式解决方案产品。 充电时间可根据需要编程设置,放电时间也可进行优化,确保完全放电。 ISL81401 对电容器进行放电的能力可与当今的电子元组件相媲美,有助于充分利用电容电量,节约成本。
