Overview

Description

The SLG7MD47679 is a versatile H-Bridge motor driver solution, designed for high-voltage applications with configurable Pulse Width Modulation (PWM) macrocells and robust high-voltage outputs. With high voltage and current handling capabilities, it is ideal for complex motor or load drive applications, smart level translators, and managing high-voltage, high-current loads efficiently. Its compact design, low power consumption, and versatile functionality make it a perfect choice for modern electronics, prioritizing power efficiency while minimizing energy expenditure. PWM current control is facilitated through a resistor between the RS pin and GND. Built-in protection features such as undervoltage lockout, overcurrent protection, and thermal shutdown ensure reliable and safe operation across various environments.

Features

  • Two high-voltage high-current drive GPOs
