Renesas multi-phase power solutions combine advanced digital controllers and high-performance smart power stages (SPS) for exceptional system performance. Our controllers support dual, 3-loop, and 4-loop architectures, AVSBUS, Intel VR14.Cloud, and AMD SVI3 v3.1 protocols, enabling ultra-fast transient response, precise current balancing, and robust telemetry. SPS features include high-accuracy current/temperature monitoring, auto phase add/drop and support for switching frequencies up to 2 MHz. Together, these ensure seamless communication, robust power delivery and energy efficiency, validated to Intel and AMD specs.
