Description

The ISL71148VMREFEV1Z is a high-resolution voltage monitor reference design optimized to support the XQRVE2302, AMD’s Versal AI Edge Adaptive SoC. Powering the XQRVE2302 requires numerous power rails, each requiring specific DC and AC regulation tolerances. The ISL71148VMREFEV1Z voltage monitor reference design board leverages the ISL71148M 8-channel, 14-bit 900ksps SAR ADC to monitor up to 12 voltages and ensure the regulation accuracy budget is maintained. The ISL71148VMREFEV1Z is a fully qualified, radiation tolerant voltage monitoring solution using Renesas' Intersil family of radiation tolerant products.

Pair the ISL71148VMREFEV1Z voltage monitor reference design with the complementary ISLVERSALDEMO3Z power management reference design that comes with tested and verified power management devices able to withstand exposure to high levels of radiation including pulse width modulation (PWM) controllers, GaN FET half-bridge drivers, point-of-load (POL) regulators, and power sequencers. The devices come in small-footprint packages, so the core power rail components take up just 67 square centimeters of board area providing a comprehensive power solution for the XQRVE2302.
