Overview
Description
In agricultural and off-road industrial environments, precise navigation is essential for efficiency, minimizing waste, and reducing operational costs. Manually navigating machinery in off-road environments often leads to human errors, resulting in damaged crops, inefficient resource use, and decreased productivity. Therefore, integrating high-accuracy Global Positioning System (GPS) and Global Navigation Satellite System (GNSS) into automated machinery has become a key trend to address these challenges.
This design incorporates a highly accurate GPS/GNSS system that provides precise navigation and automation for off-road industrial machinery, minimizing crop damage, optimizing paths, and increasing crop yields. An optional path-tracking camera adds an extra layer of accuracy, further reducing the risk of errors. By utilizing sensors to monitor in-cabin conditions and reporting unauthorized movement via the Narrowband Internet of Things (NB-IoT), the system enhances safety and security. These features ensure accurate tracking of off-road vehicles and support efficient rescue and recovery operations.
System Benefits:
- Accurate GPS/GNSS tracking ensures precise navigation for off-road machinery, reducing crop damage and increasing yields.
- Personal authentication enhances equipment security by ensuring that only authorized personnel can operate the machinery.
- CO, temperature, and humidity sensors monitor in-cabin safety and comfort.
- The ability to report unauthorized movement via NB-IoT provides real-time alerts in case of equipment theft or unauthorized use.
