Overview
Description
The Mini Power Monitor is a power meter that allows a user to accurately measure the power consumption of electric appliances. The mini power monitor uses an RL78/L13 low power consumption LCD MCU, dedicated energy metering chip, high-precision current and voltage sampling circuit, and an LCD to monitor a variety of electrical parameters in electric appliances.
The device can measure the total electric energy consumption, active power, voltage, current, total elapsed time, frequency, and CO2 emission values of the attached appliances, record this information via on-chip data flash, and display these parameters via the LCD. To prevent fires, an alarm will go off when the ambient temperature is higher than 60 °C. The device can be used for home appliances such as LED lamps, air conditioners, refrigerators, microwave ovens, etc. It can also be used as a measuring instrument in teaching.
