Description
The SLG46140 is a one-time programmable (OTP) non-volatile memory (NVM) mixed-signal matrix designed to implement a wide variety of mixed-signal functions in a single, small, low-power device by integrating a number of common discrete ICs and passive components. In addition to the integrated analog and digital components, the SLG46140 comprises an internal connection matrix and one-time programmable NVM. By programming the NVM, using the easy-to-use GreenPAK development tools, the designer configures the connection matrix, I/O pins, and integrated components of the SLG46140.

Simulation Models
This video demonstrates AC phase-cut dimming using a GreenPAK SLG46140 with a TRIAC. The demonstration shows circuit design for zero-cross detection and TRIAC driving, timing control through analog inputs or logic, and an example implementation with an incandescent lamp. For details, refer to the application note.

This demo video showcases a levitator, a device that makes an object float by balancing gravity and magnetic force through dynamic equilibrium. The system relies on a dynamic magnetic field and electronic feedback to maintain stable suspension, as static magnetic fields alone cannot achieve this control. The video demonstrates how the GreenPAK device functions as a linear system regulating element within the feedback loop. For full details and the design file, see the complete application note.
