Outdoor Air Quality Sensor Pmod™ Board (Renesas QuickConnect IoT)
The US082-ZMOD4510EVZ board enables quick prototyping of the ZMOD4510 gas sensor module for outdoor air quality (OAQ) in a custom system design. The board provides a...
The ZMOD4510-EVK simplifies the evaluation of the ZMOD4510 Gas Sensor for O3 and NO2. This sensor module is supported with the firmware to operate the sensor in multiple modes: NO2 O3 and Ultra-Low Power (ULP O3) mode. Depending on the selected mode, the output can be displayed as a raw signal (resistance), a standardized AQI rating based on EPA and an absolute ozone (O3) and NO2 concentration. To initiate the sensor, simply connect the EVK to a Windows PC via USB and utilize the provided evaluation software.
The ZMOD4510-EVK consists of the following:

This video gives a general overview of the ZMOD4510 air quality gas sensors from Renesas. The ZMOD4510 is a software-upgradeable, digital outdoor air quality sensor for high volume applications. This sensor is capable of detecting ozone (O3) and nitrogen oxide (NOx) gases, two significant causes of unhealthy air quality. The ability of the ZMOD4510 to quantify combined ozone and NOx in concentrations as low as 20 parts per billion (ppb), coupled with an outstanding combination of flexibility, miniature form factor, and waterproof packaging option, makes it an ideal solution for a wide variety of industrial and consumer applications.
