Code of Conduct
At Renesas Electronics Group, we conduct business ethically, honestly, and in full compliance with applicable laws and regulations. This applies to every business decision in every area of Renesas worldwide. This document is Renesas’ Code of Conduct, which covers basic legal and ethical requirements and principles for conducting our professional relationships.
The Renesas Global Code of Conduct applies to all employees, except employees of Renesas Electronics Germany GmbH (REGG), Renesas Design Netherlands B.V., and Renesas Electronics Europe GmbH pending works council approval. Employees of REGG will continue to be governed by the Renesas Electronics Group Code of Conduct.
