Overview
Description
This design demonstrates a complete high-power synchronous/BLDC motor control system, supporting up to 10.5kW of power from 3-phase Y-connected power mains. It features a high-performance Arm® Cortex®-M33 MCU that manages motor control and power factor correction (PFC) regulation within an isolated environment. The system uses optocoupled IGBT drivers to control high-voltage IGBT half bridges. The MCU is controlled via an isolated RS-485 connection to an external control unit, with an option for a CAN interface.
