Description

The RV1S9261A is a photocoupler featuring high-speed switching up to 15Mbps with active high output logic which consists of an AlGaAs LED on the input side and an integrated circuit with a photodiode on the output. The RV1S9261A is designed specifically for high common mode transient immunity (CMTI), wide operating power supply voltage range and high temperature operation up to TA = 125 °C. It is suitable for IPM drive.
