Description
The N0531N is an N-channel MOSFET rated at 55V, 180A, 1.9mΩ Rdson(max). The device, available in a TO-247A package, offers low on-resistance, high-speed switching, and high robustness. These MOSFETs are suitable for switching (motor drive, etc.) and load switch applications.
