Description
The N0606N is an N-channel MOSFET rated at 60V, 60A, 12.9mΩ Rdson(max). The device, available in a TO-220AB package, offers low on-resistance, high-speed switching, and high robustness. These MOSFETs are suitable for switching (motor drive, etc.) and load switch applications.
