Overview
Description
The BCR3AM-14B 700V, 3A Triac for low power use offers a 1.5V gate trigger voltage, 30mA gate trigger current, an operating temperature range of -40 °C to 150 °C, and can be used for non-continuous motor control and other general-purpose AC control applications.
