Overview
Description
The CR12CM-12B 600V, 12A thyristor for medium power use offers a 1.5V gate trigger voltage, 30mA gate trigger current, an operating temperature range of -40 °C to 125 °C, and can be used for power supply, motor control, heater control, and other general-purpose applications.

- AND / OR toggle switches in header: Toggles the logic of this particular filter to be “AND” or “OR” logic for filtering results
