The BCR16FM-16LH, 800V, 16A Triac for medium power use offers a 1.5V gate trigger voltage, 50mA gate trigger current, an operating temperature range of -40 °C to 150 °C, and can be used for power supply, motor control, heater control, and other general purpose AC control applications.
