Overview
Description
Raptor high-performance System-on-Module (SoM) is a ready-to-use module that is optimized to accelerate the development of cost-effective ADAS applications, and simplify mass production. Powered by the Renesas R-Car V4H System-on-Chip (SoC) with 4 Arm® Cortex®-A76 cores and 3 Arm® Cortex®-R52 cores, along with an integrated Image Signal Processor (ISP), its built-in AI engine delivers up to 34 TOPS (Dense) deep learning performance, while the IMG AXM-8-256 Graphics Processing Unit (GPU) achieves over 150 GFLOPS of computing power. Developers can easily design new carrier board hardware, and seamlessly scale through SoC upgrades with the support of a wide range of automotive interfaces, including camera I/F, display, Ethernet AVB, PCIe, USB, and CAN, etc.
Features
- Enable developers to build cost-effective AD/ADAS application system; simplify and shorten the development cycle.
- Provide ready-to-use SoM hardware module at 70x70mm dimension, and software reference.
