Your personal details will be exclusively used to process your request. The upgrade for which you register will be provided to you by courier service to your postal address. Information on your distributor or your contact person at Renesas Electronics is optional and serves the purpose of identifying the appropriate person to address you. If you choose to provide us with your telephone or fax number you agree that we may contact you over the phone or by fax to resolve any issue you may have in case e-mail communication is not appropriate, e.g. because sending you the e-mail has failed or a communication over the phone or by fax is more appropriate to solve a problem.

Attention!

The hardware upgrade request is intended for upgrade of Development Tools for Renesas microcontroller devices supplied directly from Renesas Electronics Europe GmbH only. Customers who have externally procured their tools, are requested to contact the distributor where the tool was originally purchased from!

Please provide the appropriate serial number(s) for the selected tool. Provide multiple numbers in separate lines (RETURN). At least one entry is mandatory. (The serial number is a 10 digit alphanumeric number which can be obtained at the back or on the bottom of the tool).

Note: If no serial number is available, please provide the type(s) and the quantity of tool(s) only to be send for update.
