Overview
Description
The Flexible 6-Channel Power Sequencer Reference Design is based on Renesas' general-purpose RL78/G12 microcontroller and six discrete DC/DC regulators with integrated power MOSFETs. For ease of use, a low Iq LDO with fixed output voltage for microcontroller supply is also utilized. The reference design allows users to perform two functions, a power-up sequence and a power-down sequence, using the GUI targeted for their specific application. This proprietary power sequencing solution offers great flexibility and is scalable to a very broad range of FPGA and SoC applications.
