TOKYO, Japan, December 26, 2013 — Having reviewed the direction of its mobile business since March 2013, Renesas Electronics Corporation (Renesas Electronics, TSE: 6723) and its wholly-owned subsidiary, Renesas Mobile Corporation (Renesas Mobile), today announced their decision to terminate the business operations of Renesas Design France SAS, a subsidiary of Renesas Mobile, as of December 26, 2013.
