Renesas Electronics today announced an update of its notice announced on November 22 with regard to part of the manufacturing equipment at Naka Factory which were temporarily halted due to the earthquake but were being re-launched in a sequential manner.
Although it required three days due to the impact of another earthquake that hit the coast of Fukushima on the morning of November 24, we completed the re-launch of all manufacturing equipment and restored pre-earthquake production capacity (production capacity before the November 22 earthquake) at 6:00 a.m. on November 25 today.
