Description

While air purifiers can effectively improve indoor air quality, assessing their true effectiveness can be challenging without proper monitoring tools. Integrating sensors to monitor indoor air quality is essential to ensure the air purifier operates effectively and efficiently.

This design implements an auxiliary sensor module that can be added to an air purifier system. The module measures particulate matter, CO2, humidity, temperature, and volatile organic compounds (VOCs). A cost-effective, low-power MCU processes the sensor data and sends it back to the main MCU controlling the air purifier.
