Renesas Thermopile gas detectors support NDIR-CO2 sensors requiring high precision and performance. The Silicon-based single and dual-channel detectors in TO-5 packages are available with filtering that is optimized for CO2 gas. There are two versions of the detectors with different active areas. One with 0.6mm x 0.6mm and one with 1.2mm x 1.2mm surface area.
