Overview

Description

The ZSC31014 Mass Calibration System provides the hardware needed for simultaneous configuration, calibration and evaluation of multiple ZSC31014 Sensor Signal Conditioner (SSC) ICs. The user's PC can communicate via the SSC Communication Board with multiple ZSC31014 ICs (DUTs) mounted on either the user's modules or ZSC31014 Mass Calibration Reference Boards, which are connected through the Mass Calibration Board (MCB). Each MCB allows connection of up to 24 DUTs. The system can operate with up to 8 MCBs, allowing connection of up to 192 DUTs. The Evaluation Kit Software is available on-line for free download.

For further information and support for the SSC Communication Board, visit the SSC-CB product page.

Additional boards can be ordered separately. To enable product comparisons, this modular kit is compatible with other select IDT devices. Contact your local sales representative for more information.

IDT Sensor Signal Conditioner (SSC) Evaluation Kit Overview

A brief introduction and overview of IDT's (acquire by Renesas) sensor signal conditioner evaluation kits. Evaluation kits generally consist of three parts: a communication interface board, a device board, and a sensor simulator board - all connected together. A sophisticated software GUI accompanies the kit, enabling an engineer to learn how to use the part rapidly, do quick prototyping, and practice calibrations.

Presented by David Grice, applications engineer at IDT. For more information about IDT's sensor signal conditioner products, visit the Sensor Signal Conditioner page.
