Description
The power management system for the AMD FPGA design uses a combination of Renesas multiphase PMICs and a power module, minimizing the number of external components and offering a compact design for space-constrained applications. Optimized control loop schemes with programmable switching frequency enable a fast transient response, further reducing external components. Renesas power products also achieve high efficiency with excellent line and load regulation, ensuring reliable performance in demanding environments.
