- Super low on-state resistance RDS(on) = 8 mΩ MAX. (VGS = 10 V, ID = 15 A)
- Low Ciss: Ciss = 1600 pF TYP. (VDS = 25 V)
- Designed for automotive application and AEC-Q101 qualified
- Small size package 8-pin HSON dual

Tips for Using This Parametric Table:
- Hide Filters button in header: Collapse or expands filters
- Column sort buttons in header: Sort Column alphabetically / numerically descending or ascending
- Reset button in header: Reset all filters to the page default
