Overview

Description

The RAA808015 is a compact single-channel DCDC Synchronous Buck regulator. To cover 2.7~5.5V input rail and 5A loading applications, the regulator requires a high switching frequency to minimize inductor size, improve transient response performance, and improve light-load efficiency. The regulator is designed with COT IP to improve transient response performance and PFM to improve light load efficiency. It comes in two derivatives, RAA808015A (DEM) and RAA808015B (Force PWM) Simplify the BOM number without compensation. The RAA808015A/B are available in a 10-pin 2*2.5 QFN package.
