Precision TIG Welding Controller

Tungsten Inert Gas (TIG) welding, also known as Gas Tungsten Arc Welding (GTAW), is a method that uses a non-consumable tungsten electrode to generate heat and weld materials, primarily thin metals like aluminum. This TIG welding controller design is a complete DC + AC/DC TIG programmable welding control system. It offers precise, wide-range arc-current measurement, allowing for accurate control over welds. It incorporates gas sensors to effectively detect hazardous by-products of the welding process, such as ozone, enhancing safety. Additionally, it includes an IR multi-touch HMI that accurately detects touch input even when wearing gloves, and wireless connectivity for real-time system control and monitoring.
