Low-Cost Real-Time Industrial Ethernet Switch

Overview

Customers in the industrial arena often require real-time Ethernet solutions, also called industrial Ethernet. Common standards are EtherCat, Powerlink, Sercos III, PROFINET, Modbus TCP, and others. Renesas offers a complete solution for an industrial Ethernet switch with a single 24VDC supply for mid-range applications with up to five Ethernet ports.
