Overview

Description

The RH850/F1KM-S4 is one group of single-chip microcontrollers in the RH850/F1x series which is designed for automotive electrical body applications. While it achieves low power consumption, the internal flash memory ranges from 3MB to 4MB and the package covers a wide range from 100 to 272 pins. Also, CAN FD and Ethernet interfaces, along with a hardware security module have been added to all products and the CPU operating frequency has been improved to 240MHz.
