This video explains how the motor control solution for the RL78/G24 can be used to easily drive motors using sensorless vector control.
In Part one, we will first introduce the development environment for the motor control solution for the RL78/G24, including the development support tools, motor control evaluation kit, and more. After explaining the procedures for setting up the hardware and installing the development support tools, we will demonstrate how to download the programs, write the tuning program, and automatically measure the motor's characteristic parameters following the workflow of QE for Motor, which integrates with Renesas Motor Workbench.
