Description
The SLG51003V contains three compact and customizable low dropout regulators and is designed for advanced sensor applications and other battery-powered equipment.

- 3-channel high-performance LDO IC
- Separate input supply and enable for flexible power configurations
- Output current range max 800mA (LDO_LV)
- LDO_LV channel has bypass mode
- High PSRR of 98.5dB at 1kHz and 68dB at 1MHz (LDO_HP)
- Ultra-low output voltage noise of 16µV (LDO_HP)
- Low dropout voltage of 10mV per 100mA of load (LDO_LV)
- Adjustable slew rate and current limit
- Customizable 1.2V to 5V GPIOs/I²C, configurations, controls, and power sequencer
- GreenPAK™ Combo Function and Delay Macrocell resources
- 300nA shutdown mode IQ
- Package: 14-pin TQFN (2.0mm x 2.2mm x 0.55mm)
