Description

Shared office printers are often vulnerable points in corporate security. Without proper authentication, sensitive information can be accessed or printed by unauthorized users, potentially leading to information leaks or data breaches. This has driven a push towards enhanced security in shared office spaces and the adoption of systems that ensure only authorized personnel can access shared equipment. Near Field Communication (NFC) technology, being both secure and convenient, is becoming the standard for authentication in most corporate environments.

This design features a printer control panel integrated with NFC-based card authentication, linking entry/exit cards with shared office printers. This setup enables seamless and secure authentication, ensuring that only authorized users can use the printer and access sensitive information.
