概要

ISL33003は、2チャネルバスバッファであり、I2C仕様で定められた400pFの最大バス容量を超えてバッファリングを提供します。さらに、ISL33003にはパッシブバスのプルアップ抵抗からの電力消費を削減し、データレートの性能を向上させる立ち上がり時間アクセラレータ回路が備わっています。

このデバイスには、ライブバックプレーンにI2Cデバイスを接続する際にデータおよびクロックラインの破損を防止するホットスワップ回路も含まれており、混合供給電圧アプリケーション向けのレベル変換機能も追加されています。ISL33003は、+2.3Vから+5.5Vの供給電圧で動作し、温度範囲は-40°Cから+85°Cです。
