The RAA211233 is an integrated 24V, 3A 1.4MHz synchronous buck regulator with constant on-time (COT) current mode control. It supports a wide input voltage range from 4.5V to 24V.

  • Protections: LSOC Limit, VIN UVLO, OTP, UVP with Hiccup mode
