Renesas high-performance MCU and analog and power (A&P) devices are ideally suited for motor control applications. Reference boards mounted with the inverter circuitry necessary for driving the motor and various sample code and application notes are ready to use. Complete motor control evaluation and development tools help reduce time to market, and they are ideal for the following purposes:
Motor Control Evaluation System for RA Family - RA6T1 Group is a low-voltage permanent magnet synchronous motor (brushless DC motor) solution that allows anyone to easily evaluate the motor control. With this product and software that can be downloaded from the web, you can start evaluating motor control immediately.
The Evaluation System for BLDC Motor is a solution kit for easily evaluating permanent magnet synchronous motors. When used in combination with a CPU card, various Renesas MCUs can control the motor. By using the Renesas Motor Workbench sample software and development support tool, evaluation and analysis can easily be performed, so you can start evaluation immediately after purchasing the kit.
The Evaluation System for Stepping Motor with Resolver is composed of a motor control MCU, an inverter circuit, a stepping motor with resolver sensor, and a resolver to digital converter IC. In addition, it supports the Renesas Motor Workbench motor control development support tool, which makes it easy to debug software and understand motor control.
Note: The 24V Motor Control Evaluation System for RX23T option CPU card cannot be used to operate the resolver sensor of this kit.

The Renesas BLDC Motor Control Evaluation System for RAJ3060xx Motor Control ICs includes a small motor and sample code to get a new design up and running quickly.
Renesas Motor Workbench is a debugging tool for motor control. The Analyzer function can read and write variables inside the motor control MCU and display the waveform of variables. The Tuner function can automatically adjust the vector control parameter. The Easy function allows even beginners to operate the motor with an intuitive GUI.

When starting this tool, the following messages about the expiration date of authentication may be displayed.
License expires soon: Displays when less than 30 days remain before the expiration date.
Expiration date out: Displays when the expiration date is passed.
To continue using the tool after the certificate expires, you need to import the latest authentication file and update the authentication.
These optional CPU cards for the 24V Motor Control Evaluation System for RX23T allow you to evaluate motor control using a different microcontroller by purchasing an additional CPU card and swapping it.
