説明
DA14533 は超低消費電力、且つAEC-Q100 Grade 2規格に適合したシステムオンチップ（SoC）で、2.4GHz トランシーバと、64kBのRAMと12kBのワンタイムプログラマブル（OTP）メモリを備えたArm® Cortex®-M0+ MCUを内蔵しています。 このSoCは、スタンドアロンのアプリケーションプロセッサとして、ホスト型システムのData Pumpとしても機能します。 超低消費電力は、内蔵の低IQ降圧DC／DCコンバータを使用して実現することができ、降圧モードではスリープ中もアクティブなままです。
無線トランシーバ、ベースバンドプロセッサ、および認定されたBluetooth® Low Energy（LE）スタックは、Bluetooth® Core 5.3に準拠しています。

Renesas introduces the DA14533, an automotive AEC-Q100 grade 2 qualified Bluetooth® Low Energy System-on-Chip (SoC). The DA14533 is the latest addition to the successful SmartBond™ TINY family of products, providing ultra-low power Bluetooth functionality in the smallest footprint and integrating a 2.4GHz transceiver and an Arm® Cortex®-M0+ MCU with 64kB of RAM and 12kB of one-time programmable (OTP) memory.
