RA0E2グループは、RA0シリーズのエントリーラインに位置するベーシックでシンプルなマイクロコントローラ（MCU）で、優れたコストパフォーマンスと超低消費電力を実現しています。また、RA0E2グループは、RA0E1グループのROM/PIN拡張製品であり、互換性があります。この製品は、Arm® Cortex®-M23コアを使用して最大32MHzのCPU性能を実現し、最大128KBの内蔵フラッシュメモリ、16KBのSRAM、-40～125℃の広い動作温度範囲を備えています。RA0シリーズは、民生用機器、小型家電、産業オートメーション機器、ビルディング・オートメーション機器の分野で、低消費電力化や低コスト化が強く求められるアプリケーションに最適です。
